We collect the property details, contact information, application answers, signatures, and documents you provide to prepare your exemption application, communicate with you, submit to the appraisal district, and track the result.

Documents and payment

Application documents are stored privately and accessed through authorized application or staff access. We share the information needed to process your filing with the appraisal district and service providers that support storage, email, electronic signing, and payment. Stripe handles payment card details.

Keep your resume link private

Your private link provides access to your application without a password. Do not post or forward it to someone who should not have access. Requesting a new resume link replaces the previous one.

Website measurement

We use website analytics on public pages. Our exemption filing, signing, and status pages are excluded from the website analytics integrations. Do not enter ID numbers or medical records in a general contact message.
